faith Faith -Initial consultation to explain the planning & coordination process-Unlimited calls, texts, or emails with any questions or concerns-Two-Three weeks prior to your event to create itinerary of wedding day and collect all vendors list for us to contact and verify details per your instructions-Keep copies of vendor contracts and details-Contact vendors to finalize any amounts due -Collect seating chart and layouts-Organize wedding rehearsal-Distribute Wedding Day Itinerary to bridal party and family-Manage wedding vendors per your instructions-We arrive early to ceremony and reception site to check on set-up and place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions-Organize & distribute all flowers to wedding party, family members, & special guests-Provide Bridal Emergency Kit -Helping friend and family who may have any questions or concerns-Assist the wedding ceremony-Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony-Oversee ushers & guest book attendants-Make sure bridal party is picture perfect-Lint roll the mens tuxes-Check ladies gowns, makeup, bra strap & hair-Line up bridal party and family for ceremony & cue music-Inform you when it time for Bridal party entry, 1st dance, cake cutting ceremony, bouquet/garter toss -Handle last minute concerns as they arise through the day-On your behalf, making sure all vendors receive payments as well as gratuity-Assisting in packing up gifts and items after reception-Return any personal or rented items to their owners* We charge a traveling fee and over night accommodations for Weddings out side of San Diego.
